Appendix II: Sustainability Business Model Canvas – OPS in the Port of Stockholm

Regarding the OPS in the port of Stockholm, a Sustainability Business Model Canvas has been drawn up, which, in addition to the elements of a Lean BM Canvas, adds the three different dimensions of sustainability, defined according to the Global Sustainability Model defined by Oxford.

According to this model, sustainability can be divided into three different components:

Economic impact: impact on sustainability at an economic level;

Environmental impact: impact on environmental sustainability;

Social impact: impact on sustainability at a social level;

The three elements below, which derive from the Global Sustainability Model, can be linked to the Sustainable Development Goals framework, developed by the United Nations (UN) to define goals that all organizations must contribute to achieving by 2030.
